Only what you type into the bag and the items you choose: your name, mobile number, camping date, pick-up or delivery area, campsite and notes. There are no accounts and no payment details on this website.

Your details stay with you.
Until you book on WhatsApp.
Where it stays: on your device.
Your bag and those details are saved in your own browser so they are still there if you refresh or come back later. They are not sent to us or to any server while you browse and fill them in.
What happens when you book on WhatsApp.
Pressing Book via WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with a message already filled in from those details. From that moment WhatsApp receives the text and its own terms and privacy policy apply. Tent Owlet receives it only when you tap send, and reads it to confirm availability, arrange pick-up or delivery and take payment. If a booking is too long to pre-fill, we copy the message to your clipboard instead so you can paste it.
Cookies and tracking.
This website's own code sets no cookies and loads no advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own site. Cloudflare, which hosts the website, keeps standard technical logs such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it.
Your choices.
Use Clear saved details on the bag page to remove your name, number and notes from this device, or clear this site's data in your browser to remove everything. Questions about a booking you have sent, or a request to remove it, can go to us on WhatsApp.
